The app is not good enough needs a lot more upgradation ,lots of bugs problem, many times stop working. And not good for digital payments like paying property tax etc.
I am not able to get a receipt of ₹3118 paid against property tax. After a succesful transaction, money already deducted from my account.
Also Even after 48 hours of registering complaint, no support was provided still.

I have property in Bhopal. I m a defence officer, get my transfer posting all over the nation. MP online always presum all property holders are residents of Bhopal. I find difficult to keep linking my mail id and mobile number. I want to pay online taxes, always find difficult to search property and it's various dues. It's not advisable or economic to travel to Bhopal for making payments. Today I wasted hrs on website and apps. But not helpful. Whenever apps are designed and updated they should be global in nature, carrying old entries from data bases.
